Yes. A dedicated sales staff is also stationed.
First basement
A wine counter in the basement 1F or a representative of ISETAN will respond immediately.
Celine is recommended this year.
Yes, I sell it.

There are tons of clothing brands both international and local, with whole floors dedicated to different types of brands, styles, age, gender, etc... There are tons of hats, gloves, and scarfs to buy as well on the first floor. The underground floors have tons of food you could buy such as crackers, salads, dumplings, etc... Quite foreigner friendly, as you can get tax free if you have a foreign passport. Overall great mall, just dont go too often or you will get bored ;-)
Would have 5 stars but I couldn't find expensive grapes.
A wonderful place to shop for men's clothing and accessories. Very high end shop.
Isetan is such an amazing place. You can buy anything you want in this department store, which is absolutely beautiful. They carry all the high end brands as well as many other Japanese designers. My favorite part of Isetan is the basement level which is a food marketplace. There are so many places to eat there and everything looks delicious. You can even buy some groceries, but its kind of expensive for that. I love coming here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. IG- traveleen_gurl
Great men's shoes and liquor selection
We headed straight to the food hall. Great place to get souvenirs and the selection of food was vast and awesome.
This is "the department store" of Shinjuku. High end world class shops. You can find many expensive name brands stuff here.It is a treat just to walk around between different buildings, easily kill a dayIf you are foreigner, make sure to get your 5% discount card with passport.
Bought a high end Ganzo wallet here for $400+. Thought it would last. It frayed quickly. Returned to the store a few years later and the best they could do was offer me a 5% discount.
Upscale super stall if you planning to reward yourselves for your hardwork
Big place, lots of very fancy and pricey things. Some very beautiful things. Check out the chopsticks and crockery on the 5th floor. Also a nice little range of Hario stuff.
Recent renewal has made this the best department store in Tokyo. Definitely visit the basement food area.
This is one of the best department stores (kinda like Nordstrom or Macy’s) here in Japan. I come here often for their extensive men’s clothing and fashion collection.
Like most department stores the food department was in the bottom level and what an department it was. You could just walk around for hours and be amazed by the colorful, fragrant and tasty surprises you stumbled upon. Most of the products were on the pricey side as the whole department store belonged to that segment.
Nice and very spacious departmental store.staff were friendly. The food court had a large variety of Japanese food.
Majority of tourists probably won't be interested in the high end products (Gucci, Prada, Jimmy choo etc) but definently don't sleep on their food floor. A whole level is dedicated to premium food gifts and ready to go food. Premium fruit can be bought here as well ($90 dollar grapes and $160 melons). Take the food and go eat on the rooftop garden!
7th floor has many excellent restaurants. Soba restaurant is really good. Highly recommend it.
The absolute best high end department store I've ever visited. Great staff, great stock...it reminded me of what David Jones Sydney used to be like when I was a kid. DJs should stop their whining and come to Isetan to be reminded of how to treat customers.
We ate at the food court and it was really great. The quality was good and the price was ok. The service was friendly and there was a nice environment.
I think this is probably the best shopping center in shinjuku area. It has many good brands
Love everything from a curated selection of Japanese and International fashion designers, to the juice bar at the 3rd floor, and amazing supermarket at B1!
Nice shopping mall, everybody is very helpful as per Japanese etiquette. Personally for me this shopping mall is very crowded, plus some renovation process is on going inside this mall. one of the cosmetic lady is offering me some discount if i am become a member for this mall, but since the registration is on the ground floor i finally not take it.
Best department store we visited whilst in Japan. Brilliant staff, good range, English floor plan, tax free shopping, 5% tourist discount with guest card. Food floor on B1 has a great selection and the most amazing array of I've pattiserie I've seen (maybe 20 brands), noix du beurre was excellent, choux type bun even came with a mini ice pack.
You can find almost everything here. From ultra lux to contemporary fashion.
Extremely helpful staff. There is a great selection of high end products and wares available for purchase here. If you're like me and prefer to get a few high quality items as apposed to many lower quality items to commemorate a trip; then this is a good option for you. I purchased a very fine kitchen knife, some very cute items for my soon to be born son, some jewelry for my wife, and some gourmet treats for my dog back home. The architecture and interior design is top notch. This place screams luxury. Even if you don't buy much (or anything) this place is great to walkthrough. Very satisfying window shopping.
Tempura Don(sauce is too weak, tempura is soft), ankake rice is not so good. Just for when you hungry.
Superb. What else you can ask for❔
Old department store of Tokyo but the merchandise are good and new
Best department store in the world ☑️
Last year i went too Japan and decided to shop here. It was great. It isnt too expensive (atleast when your a Big Baller)
The food mall at the base ment is amazing. So much to eat, so much to try. Dont miss it!
Massive food hall to get all the prettiest and tasty snacks to bring home. Be sure to get a tax refund
High-end department store, with multiple levels of everything you need.
Insane department store in shinjuku. High end place with comprehensive selection of fancy clothing and home goods. The food hall on the basement floor is crazy awesome too.
Recommend for super market and ready cooked food
Full price, but excellent service
Isetan Shinjuku has finished exterior renovation and is a tourist friendly department store. The selection is reasonably large. We went for special pop-up store event and it was a great experience.Overall, if you like old style architecture, worth dropping by.
I love Isetan and Mitsukoshi department store so much ♡
10years ago* one of the best department stores in the World. I’d loved to go shopping.
This place is so cool. The food court is amazing too. You could find from fresh seafood to a traditional fancy snack.
Isetan! Hey man this place is amazing. Gucci bags for kids? Say no more, I'm all about that. Don't miss this beyond incredible retail experience. No. Not. Miss.
2.5 stars ⭐️ Look, for somewhere which has a fabulous food hall with amazing cakes and chocolates and savory food, there is no space to eat them other than an outdoor garden. It was 38 degrees outside when I visited and my Pierre Herme and my Jean-Paul Hevin is going to melt in that heat if I was to bring it home. And if I was to eat in their shadeless rooftop garden, I would melt. It’s just not a great set up at all.
Very very big department store, all very well priced for Australian tourists even after tax. 90% of purchases are tax free for foreigners. Staff are all very friendly and helpful even if you're just browsing
This rating is primarily about the food hall on B1 of this store. Went to the store as it opened in the morning so everything was absolutely pristine. There is clearly a huge amount of work that happens prior to opening because everything is arranged perfectly and the food is visually amazing. Went here to purchase spices, teas, pepper, miso paste and soja sauce to bring home. Of course couldn't help but look at everything on offer and ended up purchasing small amounts of various things that we ate up on the top floor in the garden area. I have visited a lot of major department store food halls all over the world and this is probably one of the very best.
It’s huge!! Everything is here !That’s you need.. specially electric items..And also clothing items too... walking distance from station, about 10 minutes or sum.. Shopping heaven for ladies and gents. From bottom floor, there are cosmetic stores for ladies to shop and watches for guys to shop as well. You get some big brands like Rolex, Tissot, etc there are arguably cheaper price than you get elsewhere. There are few floors there and games department are on upper floor. There are uniqlo too for ladies to shop for their outfit. Went to this place twice and always come out with goodies. If you are tourist, do make sure you check if any promotion cards.
Beautiful but expensive and no place to eat what one buys in the pastry shops unless one goes up to the roof terrace which was terribly cold when I was there. The whole store is immense, in two buildings, and service was impeccable. It really represents the best of the Japanese service culture. The porters and guards even have white gloves. There seems to have more salespeople than costumers in a weekday. I hope Amazon will not destroy it .
Fancy department store.. one of the old ones of tokyo.. if you go to floor B1 you'll find an amazing supermarket with anything you may need.. it is definitely expensive, but everything is top notch quality.. you can find wagyu A5 grade there.. fish and exotic fruit.. if you're not the type that cooks, don't worry because they also have a big variety of bento (food box) that you can take home.
One of the wall known department store in Japan. Especially men's buildings are getting better with more brands. I would recommend to visit food shops and court in the basement for snacks, dishes. If you are going to Gyoen park nearby, you could pick up some nice lunch box from here.
Great shopping. Very good Japanese whisky selection. The cashier wrapped my bottles as carefully as if they were her children. They survived being stuffed into my checked bag, though it was a nonstop flight home. But it's a great shopping area in a fantastic location. A lot of variety. Very cool place to get gifts for family and friends back home.
One of the biggest department store in Shinjuku, has a lot of unique brands in there.
The food court is the best I ever been too. Not cheap but worth it. Shopping is good. Good assortment and high end brands have good buyers.
